What this site is (and isn't)
AI Technology Insider compares AI tools for content creators, freelancers, and marketers — writing assistants, video and podcast editors, AI voice generation, and SEO tools. The goal is straightforward: help you pick the right tool for what you're actually trying to do, without wading through 4,000-word "reviews" that are really just repackaged marketing copy.
How we evaluate tools
Pricing and feature details are pulled directly from each vendor's own pricing and product pages, not from secondhand aggregator sites — a lot of which are themselves thin AI-generated content built to capture affiliate clicks rather than to inform anyone. Where we haven't personally tested a tool hands-on yet, we say so rather than implying otherwise.
How this site makes money
Some links on this site are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you sign up for a tool through one of them, at no extra cost to you. This never affects which tools we choose to cover or how we describe them — see the full affiliate disclosure for details.
Live affiliate partners (commission-eligible CTAs) currently cover Descript, ElevenLabs, Frase, Opus Clip, Originality.ai, Murf.ai, Synthesia, and Vizard. Jasper, Copy.ai, Surfer SEO, Grammarly, Canva, and Copyleaks stay as bare vendor links only — no commission push — until or unless a program is live.
Who writes these reviews
Jordan Ellis is the byline behind AI Technology Insider's comparisons and pricing breakdowns. Every article is built the same way: pull pricing and plan details straight from the vendor's own current pages, note plainly where a tool hasn't been tested hands-on yet, and recheck pricing on every revision — if the article date moves, the plan numbers were checked again against the vendor page.
Got a tool we should cover?
This directory is updated regularly as new AI tools launch and existing ones change their pricing. If there's a tool you think belongs here, or you've spotted outdated pricing, let us know.
